Kasia Lanucha
Kasia help leaders master effective communication to bridge cultural gaps. She has supports individuals and organisations in managing international diversity and has been involved in training and coaching at all management levels in international projects including the engineering, pharmaceutical, and public sector (including clients such as the FIAT group, Boots, NHS or the Department for International Trade).
Kasia also offers help students and staff at the University of Cambridge in becoming culturally competent through design and delivery of training and one-on-one support. In 2021, she became the Lead Academic of a Cambridge Advance course in Intercultural Business Communication.
Kasia has been living in the UK for over 16 years and is fascinated by its culture. She has ran UK-specific cross-cultural training for the British-Polish Chamber of Commerce, HSBC and the Wuhan University.

The course consists of 6 weekly live sessions, additional readings and resources on a learning platform, and a closed community group where you can ask questions, get feedback, and receive ongoing support from the course leaders and participants.

The expected time commitment is around 4 hours a week: that's 2 hours for the weekly live session and 2 hours for pre-work, weekly tasks, and additional reading.

When will the live session take place and what happens if I miss a session?
